AndyOPicAndrew Ollerton – Pastor based in Penzance

Andrew is the main Pastor at Penwith Light and Life Church. He is married to Charlotte and they have a daughter called Lucy and a son called Joel. Andrew moved down from Bristol to lead the church in 2004 and has not looked back since. His main passions are rugby, mountain climbing, pasties and of course Jesus. He is committed to leading a church that is Bible-based and Spirit-filled.

 

MikeBrettonPicMichael Bretton - Pastor based in Helston

Michael and Lesley Bretton having served at Carnforth Free Methodist Church for 11 years responded to a clear call from God to join Light and Life in January 2009. Together they have a great love for the church, and an enthusiasm to see people, live intentionally for God's glory.

They have two children, Thomas and Joshua and, when not ‘doing stuff’ with the boys, Michael enjoys football, walking and visiting places he’s never been to before.

 

JohnTPicJohn Townley – Pastor based in St Austell

John is married to Becky. He has four grown-up children. He moved to Cornwall in 1994 to pastor the Helston church which under his leadership planted churches in Penzance and Truro. He and Becky are now pioneering a church plant in St. Austell. John is also a member of the Free Methodist National Leadership team and he oversees all of Light and Life, Cornwall. John and Becky have a passion to see souls saved and healthy churches planted.

 

JonnyGPicJonny Giddens – Pastor based in Truro

Jonny and Hannah Giddens have been a part of Light and Life since 2001. They have a passion and calling to see the church rediscover its radical roots and to once more see Cornwall transformed by the power of God. They have three girls, Ellie-May, Bella and Rosie. In his spare time Jonny enjoys surfing, dinner parties and the odd round of golf.

 

CazWozPicCaroline Worrell – Assistant Pastor based in Helston

Caroline felt God’s call to Cornwall in 1996 and has been serving the Lord and His people in Helston ever since. She has a heart to see God’s people discover more of His plans and purposes, which will impact other lives and communities for His Glory. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys golf, travel and appreciating the beauty of this part of the country.
