John Townley – Lead Pastor based in Helston

After receiving a clear call from God to lead the church in Helston, John and his late wife Caroline along with their four children Grace. Daniel, Bethany and Lydia moved down in 1994. Since then he has been privileged to see God bringing His plan into being. John’s time is mainly taken up with overseeing the whole of Light & Life but manages to watch & play the odd game of football. He is also one of the national leaders of the Free Methodist church.

Andrew Ollerton – Pastor based in Penzance

Andrew is married to Charlotte and they have a dog called Will. They moved down to Light and Life in September 2004 and have not looked back since. As well as leading the Penwith church, Andrew is the Bible School director and Charlotte is a trained youth worker who oversees Light and Life

Jonny Giddens – Pastor based in Truro

Jonny and Hannah Giddens have been a part of Light and Life since 2001. They have a passion and calling to see the church rediscover its radical roots and to once more see Cornwall transformed by the power of God. They have three girls, Ellie-May, Bella and Rosie. In his spare time Jonny enjoys surfing, dinner parties and the odd round of golf.

Caroline Worrell – Assistant Pastor based in Helston

Caroline felt God’s call to Cornwall in 1996 and has been serving the Lord and His people in Helston ever since. She has a heart to see God’s people discover more of His plans and purposes, which will impact other lives and communities for His Glory. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys golf, travel and appreciating the beauty of this part of the country.
