Welcome to Light and Life, a family of churches spread out across West Cornwall with Churches in Helston, Penzance and Truro. More than a building, an organization, a man, or a Sunday, we are in essence a community of diverse individuals united by our common relationship with Jesus Christ.

New to all this?

If you’re new to all this, we do a number of things to make it easy for you to find out about our Church and faith in Jesus Christ.Firstly do come and visit us at one of our Churches in Helston, Penzance, and Truro.
