End of term and end of era celebration (Sue’s retiring!) at Roger and Sues Saturday 28th July from 3 p.m.  If coming please contact Ian and Jackie on 01872 580049′

On 24th June, twelve of our people were baptised on Marazion Beach. The sun shone and we enjoyed a barbecue afterwards. Let the pictures do the talking!

On Saturday 7th July, Penzance Light & Life held a slave auction in aid of Tearfund. Designed to raise awareness of the huge problem of human trafficking, various people offered services for auction, from babysitting to gardening and even private maths tuition! There was a car washing service on the day and a great time was had by all. Most importantly though, over £1,600 was raised at the event.

Truro Light and Life will be meeting at Treyew School next Sunday morning as a one off due to the race for life event at Richard Lander School.  Usual time - 10:30.
